Well, Canon came out with another camera. It’s the Canon Digital Rebel XSi. I really like some of the new features they have added. I *love* my XTi that I purchased last year, it gives me beautiful images. To be honest I’m really hoping that they will come out with a new 5D and then I hope to have the money to buy it. Ha! Also check out this site Digital Photography Review for their review on the new Rebel XSi. I love this site for camera reviews and to read what others think about it. When I’m looking for a new camera this is the place I go to find out what people think and get a really in depth review on the gear.

I thought I’d want a 5D and then I realized that the EF-S lenses that I am acumulating will vignette on the full frame 5D. I just got the 40D a week ago and am loving it.
Comment by dragonspeed January 28, 2008 @ 4:58 pmI chose not to buy the EF-S lenses in the hope that I would one day buy a full frame Digital SLR camera. I have been looking at the 40D, looks very similar to the XTi.
